LU COIN Terms of Use and Community Guidelines
LU COIN is operated by KAIDER MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. (Singapore) ("we", "us"). By signing in to LU COIN you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not sign in. You can still browse news, courses and events without an account.
1. Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old to create or use an account. By signing in you confirm that you are 18 or older.
- You sign in with your email and a one-time code. LU COIN and 狮城生活 (Local Life) share the same account.
- Keep your email account secure. You are responsible for what is posted from your account.
- You can delete your account at any time in the app: Me → Account and privacy → Delete account.
2. Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users
We do not tolerate objectionable content or abusive behaviour. You must not post, comment, send or upload anything that:
- harasses, bullies, threatens or intimidates anyone, or encourages others to do so;
- is hateful or discriminatory, including on race, religion, ethnicity, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, disability or age;
- is sexually explicit, pornographic or contains nudity, or sexualises minors in any way;
- shows or promotes violence, self-harm, terrorism, weapons, drugs or other illegal activity;
- is a scam, phishing, fundraising, investment or trading solicitation, or promises returns;
- shares someone else's personal information without consent, or impersonates another person or organisation;
- is spam, or infringes someone else's copyright, trademark or other rights;
- breaks the law of Singapore.
3. How we keep the community safe
- New users' posts and events are reviewed before they are published. Comments containing blocked words are held for review.
- Every post and comment has Report and Block. Blocking a user hides their posts and comments from you at once, stops them from commenting on your content or following you, and notifies our moderators.
- We review reports within 24 hours. We remove content that breaks these terms and suspend or permanently ban the accounts that posted it.
- Accounts labelled official or AI are run by us. They never pretend to be real people.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of what you post. You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store and show it in LU COIN and 狮城生活 so that the community features work. You confirm that you have the right to post it. We may remove any content at our discretion.
5. LU points
LU points are membership loyalty points recorded on a blockchain. They cannot be transferred, traded or exchanged for cash, and can only be used as a discount at partner stores, on the conditions shown in the app. They are not an investment and have no cash value. We may correct balances that come from errors or abuse. Your balance is cleared if you delete your account.
6. Education, prices and simulated trading
News, courses, public price lists and the simulated trading demo are for information and learning only. They are not financial, investment or legal advice. Simulated trading uses virtual money only.
7. Food orders
Food orders in the app are placed with our restaurant Teacher Lu's Kitchen (陆老师小厨房) and handled by its ordering system. Prices, pickup and delivery times and payment options are shown before you order. Questions about an order: contact the store or lu@kaider.sg.
8. Ending use
You can stop using LU COIN and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms.
9. Liability and law
LU COIN is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for content posted by other users. These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.

Questions, reports and requests: lu@kaider.sg. If we change these terms, we will update this page and its effective date, and tell you in the app if the changes are significant.
LU COIN 用户协议与社区规则
LU COIN 由 KAIDER MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD.（新加坡）运营（以下称「我们」）。登录 LU COIN 即表示你同意本协议和隐私政策。不同意请不要登录；不登录也可以浏览新闻、课程和活动。
1. 你的账号
- 需年满 18 岁才能注册和使用账号；登录即表示你确认已满 18 岁。
- 用邮箱和一次性验证码登录。LU COIN 与狮城生活共用同一个账号。
- 请保管好你的邮箱；用你的账号发布的内容由你负责。
- 你可以随时在 App 内删除账号：「我的 → 账号与隐私 → 删除账号」。
2. 对违规内容和滥用行为零容忍
我们对违规内容和滥用行为零容忍。不得发布、评论或上传以下内容：
- 骚扰、欺凌、威胁、恐吓他人，或煽动他人这样做；
- 基于种族、宗教、民族、国籍、性别、性取向、残障或年龄的仇恨或歧视；
- 色情、露骨性内容或裸露，或以任何方式涉及未成年人的性内容；
- 展示或宣扬暴力、自残、恐怖主义、武器、毒品或其他违法活动；
- 诈骗、钓鱼、募资、投资或交易招揽、收益承诺；
- 未经同意公开他人个人信息，或冒充他人、机构；
- 垃圾信息，或侵犯他人版权、商标等权利；
- 违反新加坡法律的内容。
3. 我们如何维护社区
- 新用户的帖子和活动先审后发；命中敏感词的评论进入审核。
- 每条帖子和评论都有「举报」和「屏蔽」。屏蔽后你立刻看不到对方的帖子和评论，对方不能评论你的内容或关注你，同时会通知我们的审核人员。
- 我们在 24 小时内处理举报：删除违规内容，并对发布者暂停或永久封禁账号。
- 标有「官方」或「AI」的账号由我们运营，不会冒充真人。
4. 你的内容
你发布的内容归你所有。为了让社区功能正常运作，你授予我们非独占、免费的许可，在 LU COIN 和狮城生活中存储和展示这些内容。你确认自己有权发布这些内容。我们可以自行决定删除任何内容。
5. LU 积分
LU 是记录在区块链上的会员积分，不能转让、不能交易、不能换现金，只能按 App 内显示的条件在联盟商户抵扣。LU 不是投资，没有现金价值。因错误或滥用产生的余额，我们可以更正。删除账号时余额清零。
6. 学习内容、行情与模拟交易
新闻、课程、公开价格列表和模拟交易演示只用于信息与学习，不构成财务、投资或法律建议。模拟交易只使用虚拟资金。
7. 点餐
App 里的点餐由我们的餐厅陆老师小厨房接单，并由它的点餐系统处理。价格、取餐 / 送达时间和付款方式在下单前显示。订单问题请联系门店或 lu@kaider.sg。
8. 停止使用
你可以随时停止使用并删除账号。如果你违反本协议，我们可以暂停或终止你的使用。
9. 责任与法律
LU COIN 按「现状」提供。在法律允许的范围内，我们不对间接损失或其他用户发布的内容负责。本协议适用新加坡法律。
